About-Us
Our MissioN
To create spaces where people feel truly seen, heard, understood, and held—without judgment.
We believe that our wounds are not parts of ourselves to be hidden or despised. They can become vital chapters of our soul’s journey, carrying within them wisdom, depth, and the possibility of transformation.
Our work is about helping people meet those wounded parts with compassion, understand the patterns they have inherited or carried, and reconnect with the light within themselves.
We believe healing is not simply about becoming who we were before the wound. It is about becoming who we are meant to be because we walked through it.
Our vision
Our vision is to create miracle workers—people who learn to heal themselves, transform their stories, and consciously break cycles that no longer serve them.
And when they find their light, they carry it forward—into their relationships, families, communities, and the lives they touch.
Heal yourself. Reclaim your light. Carry it forward.
Healing what has been carried. Rewriting what has been repeated.
We often think our adult relationships begin with the people we choose today.
But sometimes, they begin much earlier.
In the family patterns we inherited.
In the wounds we learned to live with.
In the roles we were given as children.
In the things our parents could not heal themselves.
Our ancestral patterns and parental wounds can quietly shape the way we love, attach, communicate, choose partners, respond to conflict, set boundaries and experience intimacy. What appears to be a relationship problem in adulthood may sometimes be an older pattern asking to be seen.
This is where the work begins.
Yasmin is a psycho-spiritual healer and writer working at the intersection of ancestral healing, inner child work, conscious partnerships and spiritual healing practices.
Her work explores the relationship between the wounds we inherit, the patterns we repeat and the possibility of consciously breaking those cycles.
Through inner child work, relationship exploration and spiritual practices, she works with people who want to understand their patterns at a deeper level — not simply manage their symptoms, but explore what may be sitting underneath them.
From the pattern to the root
A recurring conflict.
The fear of abandonment.
Difficulty trusting.
Over-giving.
People-pleasing.
Choosing emotionally unavailable partners.
Fear of intimacy.
Difficulty receiving love.
Repeating dynamics that feel strangely familiar.
Sometimes the adult pattern is only the visible layer.
Beneath it may be an unmet childhood need, a family belief, an inherited relational pattern or an old survival strategy.
Yasmin’s approach is therefore rooted in the belief that lasting transformation requires meeting the pattern at its roots.
Her spiritual work also explores ancestral blocks and dysfunctional patterns that may have travelled across generations — using spiritual practices and rituals as tools for reflection, release and conscious transformation.
The journey behind the work
Yasmin’s understanding of healing is deeply personal.
She went through a prolonged period of isolation that became a profound confrontation with herself. What initially felt like separation from her familiar world became a period of questioning, dismantling and rebuilding.
It brought her through what she describes as multiple ego deaths and subsequent rebirths — the gradual shedding of identities, beliefs, attachments and patterns that could no longer accompany her into the next chapter of her life. Sometimes the vessel needs to be torn apart to hold light.
She had to step away from her own tribe to look more honestly at the patterns within it — and within herself.
That journey shaped one of the central principles behind her work:
Sometimes, breaking a generational pattern begins with becoming conscious of the pattern.
And becoming conscious can be uncomfortable.
It can mean questioning what was considered normal.
Looking at what was inherited rather than chosen.
Recognising the wounds behind our reactions.
And learning to build relationships from consciousness rather than conditioning.
This is why she considers herself a generational pattern breaker — someone committed to bringing unconscious family and relational patterns into awareness so that they do not have to be unconsciously passed forward.
Relationships as mirrors
For Yasmin, conscious partnership is an important part of the healing journey.
Our closest relationships can become powerful mirrors.
They can reveal the places where we still seek validation, fear rejection, struggle with vulnerability, confuse love with sacrifice, or carry childhood expectations into adult intimacy.
Couples work, therefore, is not only about resolving conflict between two people.
It can also become an opportunity to understand what each person brings into the relationship from their own history.
When we begin to understand our inner child, our attachment patterns, our family conditioning and our inherited beliefs, we can begin creating relationships that are more conscious, intentional and emotionally honest.
Writing as part of the work
Alongside her healing practice, Yasmin writes about themes that sit at the intersection of women, psychology, relationships, spirituality and conscious partnership.
Her writing explores questions such as:
What do we inherit — and what can we choose to change?
How much of our relationship pattern belongs to the present, and how much belongs to the past?
What happens when we stop confusing familiar with healthy?
How do we love without abandoning ourselves?
What does it mean to build a conscious partnership?
Her work is an invitation to look beneath the surface — at the child behind the adult, the family behind the pattern and the story behind the reaction.
The underlying message is that what began before us can become conscious within us—and what becomes conscious can be changed in how we relate to ourselves and others
Because healing is not always about becoming someone new.
Sometimes, it is about becoming conscious enough to stop repeating what was never truly yours to carry.
Welcome to the work of coming home to yourself.
